We are currently working with one of the largest community pharmacies with over 400 branches established, they will only continue to grow. They can offer an excellent salary of up to £50,000, a bonus scheme of up to 20%, pharmacy society fees paid and free BUPA membership, all of which forms just part of the package the successful candidate can expect from this position.

The successful Pharmacist must be an experienced manager with a proven track record of maintaining a high level of standards within the pharmacy branch including business and colleague development. The ability to build rapport with both customers and colleagues is essential as quality, professionalism and service from staff are what drives this pharmacy forward.

The successful candidate will carry out all the general duties associated with running a pharmacy within this role, which will include the management of staff, dispensing, advising customers and colleagues and also essentially working and exceeding targets for which they can expect to be rewarded.

Further general duties which you would associate with the running of a pharmacy on a day to day basis will also be involved.
