Job Specification People •Recruit, train and develop store teams who have the knowledge and capability to provide outstanding customer service and pro-actively sell. Apply performance management and leadership principles to identify, coach and develop talent within the store and to tackle and turn around under performance issues Customer •Deliver a great customer experience in the store ensuring the team are always “Ready for Customers”. Understand and respond to current and future customer needs Sales •Lead the store team to drive a sales culture where everyone aims to exceed sales and item targets. Identify and exploit opportunities to drive maximum profitable sales growth. Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and professional requirements Operational and Professional Standards •Ensure operational and professional standards are consistently implemented to maximise model day approach to the delivery of store best practice standards.
