We are currently recruiting for a leading wholesale and retail pharmacy chain which operates in more than 15 countries and has a network of over 2300 pharmacies and they are looking to recruit a pharmacy store manager within the Hull area. In the UK, their retail pharmacy division has two businesses With a network of 2,300 pharmacies. As a result of this they have become the most accessible pharmacy chain in UK and a successful in addition to a growing pharmacy-led business in ROI. Their aim is to provide patients and customers with leading health care solutions and this has resulted in over 22 million customers visiting their pharmacies each week. They continue to develop their pharmacy business by, increasing their range of pharmacy services and increasing the 160 million items they dispensed last year. For you as a pharmacist or a pharmacy team member it also means 2,300 locations to choose from - small community pharmacies to larger pharmacies in health and beauty stores - with unrivalled opportunities to find the job and build the career you’ve always wanted. Job Specification People •Recruit, train and develop store teams who have the knowledge and capability to provide outstanding customer service and pro-actively sell. Apply performance management and leadership principles to identify, coach and develop talent within the store and to tackle and turn around under performance issues Customer •Deliver a great customer experience in the store ensuring the team are always “Ready for Customers”. Understand and respond to current and future customer needs Sales •Lead the store team to drive a sales culture where everyone aims to exceed sales and item targets. Identify and exploit opportunities to drive maximum profitable sales growth. Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and professional requirements Operational and Professional Standards •Ensure operational and professional standards are consistently implemented to maximise model day approach to the delivery of store best practice standards.
