A great opportunity has arisen for an Optometrist to join an established independent group based on the Lincolnshire / Cambridgeshire borders. The company is now looking to continue to strengthen as a group and add another practice taking them to four practices.

 

The practices all have good levels of equipment and are based in small market towns. Each practice has free car parking and already have established and loyal patient bases. Due to the group being totally independent they can offer professional freedom meaning access to a broad range of products.

 

The company offers a wide range of services one of which is Ortho K.  Your main duty will be to conduct thorough eye examinations. Testing times will be adjusted to the candidate’s ability but you will test no quicker than 25 minutes with pre screening being completed for you. The client is seeking an Optometrist that enjoys communicating effectively both with patients and colleagues and the ethos of the company is that of friendliness and professionalism.

 

The client is receptive to speaking to individuals of all experience levels, ideally you will be looking for a five day working week however they can accommodate someone that would like to work four days per week.

In return for your commitment you will receive a very good salary, contributory pension after six months, franchise potential, clinical freedom, one in four Saturdays off and working hours of 9am until 5pm on weekdays and 9am until 4pm on Saturdays.

 

The interviews will be held at one of their practices and if successful they would like the candidate to come and work for a day to experience the working environment which is mutually beneficial for both parties.
