Flame Health Dentistry - Associate Dentist Job - Gloucestershire

Flame Health are currently recruiting for a Lead Associate Dentist for a mixed practice on the Gloucestershire and Hereford & Worcestershire border. The practice will be equipped and fully refurbished, making for a very pleasant working environment.

The Associate Dentist will be working in their own state of the art surgery working alongside a professional team. The Associate will take on an NHS contract of up to 8000 UDAs, for £18 per UDA (the new rate for the PCT from 2009), with private earnings paid at 50 - 55%. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working with NHS patients and will have a confident and professional manner.

Being a lead role, the candidate will get priority on private patients, and have the opportunity to earn additional money if required to train and mentor the other three dentists. The success of this group is attributed to their ability to make their dental practices high quality practice environments, with modern equipment, and a trained support and management team.
