Flame Health Dentistry - Lead Associate Dentist Job - Derby, Derbyshire

Our client is currently looking for a Lead Associate Dentist to join them in this brand new Derbyshire dental practice. The position comes about as a result of new PCT funding. In addition to 7000 UDA , the lead associate is required to work full time along side the other dentist and support staff, who may require some mentoring. The location and set up of the practice is ideal for private dentistry, with patients willing to have private treatment once they have had an NHS check up. The interior of the practice is modern with brand new equipment after a refurbishment and fully computerised throughout. The practice is located on a busy main road, close to a large supermarket, with ample free parking outside.

The aim of the practice is to provide quality NHS dentistry, with an excellent gross remuneration of £18 per UDA. For this reason it is essential that the candidate is committed long term, to provide on-going patient care. The dentist will get £9 per UDA and 50% of any private treatments. Candidates are required to have over a year of dentistry experience in the UK, having the ability to communicate effectively with patients.Candidates who have not worked in the UK before must have 5 years experience in their home country whilst they will be required to see 25 – 30 patients per day .
