Flame Health Dentistry - Lead / Senior Dentist Job - Swindon

A Lead/Senior dentist is required for this brand new, state of the art dental Practice based in Swindon, Wiltshire.

This 2 surgery practice is located within a converted stable block and is part of a health and wellbeing centre with a chiropractor clinic below which also includes a beautician, therapist and rekhi healer.

The surgeries will be up and running from January 2009 and will be stunning throughout with state of the art equipment and the latest modern design. The practice is within easy reach of Chippenham, Cirencester, Malborough and Newbury and Oxford and has good transport links.

This position is available from mid January building to full time - 5 days per week.  The position would ideally suit a UK trained Graduate or someone with at least 5 years UK experience.

Ideally the practice are looking for a committed individual who has a passion for dentistry and who is happy to leave business to someone else but understands or is keen to understand the demands of business requirements and ethics. They should be:

A highly skilled dentist, with specialisation welcomed, keen to work with patients to improve as well as repair dentition, confident, an excellent communicator, have good ethical selling skills, be flexible to adapt to equipment/nurse/workplace and relaxed, courteous to staff, patients and colleagues, happy to help promote the practice, confident enough in their work to ask for and get referrals and testimonials, happy to do follow up calls on treatments, GDC registered with full references available.

In reward the successful candidate will receive 50% remuneration of all private work, the opportunity to lead the way in a very attractive working environment and the sense of achievement that the challenge of developing a new practice brings.
